The Path of Blessing: Baruch Ata Adonai Eloheynu Melech HaOlam
The six words that begins each "bracha", each blessing. These words serve as a gateway to the promotion of joy and appreciation, wonder and thankfulness, amazement and praise. Together they provide a doorway into heightened kavanah, the Jewish practice of mindfulness.

A workshop that combines discussion on chazal's answer to this question and a storytelling workshop on the same theme for children grades 4 and higher with their parents and teachers.
